Robert Brian Starling, Jr.

Robert Brian Starling, Jr. passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1982 to Robert and Gloria (Sapp) Starling and has lived all his life in Jacksonville. He is preceded in death by his Father Robert Brian Starling, Sr., and grandfather, Benny Starling. Survivors include his mother, Gloria Lee Sapp, and stepfather, Darryl Easterling; daughter, Jocelyn Starling; brother, Seth Joyner; sister Christin Easterling; paternal grandparents, Annette Starling; maternal grandparents, Wilton and Maxine Sapp, and a host of other relatives and friends. Robert was a loving father, son, brother, grandson, and friend and will be dearly missed by all. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 12 pm in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, Fl., with Rev. Lee Whitaker officiating. The family will receive friends on Tuesday starting at 11 am at the funeral home.
