Rosalie Poling Randolph of Jacksonville, FL went to be with the Lord on February 20, 2021. Rosalie was born June 20th, 1944 in Junction City, Ohio, the daughter of the late John and Marietta Poling. Rosalie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Kevin Dean Randolph; grandson, John Osborne; 3 Brothers, Russell, Merritt, and Larry Lee Poling. Rosalie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. She is survived by her husband, Owen Eugene Randolph of Jacksonville, FL; sons, Keith (Robin) Randolph of Fernandina Beach, FL and Albert Randolph of Jacksonville FL; daughter, Lisa (Richard) Hill of Whitney, Texas; sister, Kay (Wayne) Neff of New Lexington, Ohio; grandchildren, Kevin Lee and Kayla Randolph, Stephanie, Paul (Shelby) Osborne; great grandchildren, Gabriel and Josh Randolph, PJ, Addie and Joshua Osborne; several nieces, nephews and her lifelong friend Sue Patrick.

Celebration of Life Service will be held later on and ashes laid to rest at the Grandview Cemetery in Bremen, Ohio.
