Rosalyn Gerger Branham

Branham                                                  Rosalyn (Rosie) Gerger Branham, 63, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2019. She was born in Savannah, GA., in 1956 to the late Colan and Ethel Sheppard, and has lived in Jacksonville for the past 40 years. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Petra Davis. She was employed with Terry's Restaurant and Grill for over 20 years as the lead cook. She was Baptist by faith and she loved fishing, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend and will be dearly missed. Survivors include her husband, Randy Starling; sons, Peter F. Gerger III and wife (Shanon), John T. Branham, and Buddy Branham; daughters, Leiann Branham and husband (Stan); brothers, Ray Sheppard and wife (Penny), and Ron Sheppard and wife (Karen); sister, Patricia Diane Barton and husband (Mike); grandchildren, Randy, Kelly, and Sarah, and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 20, at 11am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Rev. Terry Griffis officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Jacksonville. The family will receive friends on Thursday evening December 19, at the funeral home from 6pm until 8pm.
