It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ryan Chris RicaFrente, age 39, on January 4, 2025, at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Florida. Ryan was born on October 3, 1985, at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Ciriaco Garcia RicaFrente and Sonia Flores Ramos RicaFrente.

Ryan was a devoted father to his two sons, Bryson Noah (13) and Bentley (9), whom he adored deeply. He was a beloved brother to his four brothers, Ricky and his wife Debbie, Bobby, Maurice, and Randy and his wife Beth, and his three sisters, Belinda, Bonnie and her husband Rodger, and Lisa and her husband Tommy. Ryan was also cherished by his many nephews Morgan, Logan, Levi, TJ, and Sean, his nieces Lindsay, Kirby, Miranda, Erika, Amy, Alexis, Brooke, and Ann, grandnephews, and grandnieces, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

A multi-talented and vibrant individual, Ryan wore many hats in life, working as a Census Clerk, Transportation Specialist, and Line Cook at several national establishments. Though he aspired to serve in the U.S. Navy, he chose a different path for personal reasons.

Ryan was an avid gamer and a lifelong Nintendo fan. He found joy in playing games, skateboarding, sharing laughs with his family and friends, and most of all, spending quality time with his beloved sons. His infectious laughter, warm spirit, and zest for life left an indelible mark on all who knew him.

While Ryan’s passing leaves a profound void in our lives, we take solace in knowing he is reunited with his father, Ciriaco “Daddy” RicaFrente. He will be sorely missed but forever loved.

A private Celebration of Life will be held with family.
