Sandra Virginia Carroll

Sandra Carroll,83, went home to be with our lord on Sunday, February 02, 2025. She was born on May 22, 1941, to Paul and Virginia Souls.

She called Jacksonville, Florida her home for many years, where she resided with her husband Mathew Carroll and their son John Carroll, and stepson George Carroll.

She retired from the Duval County School District where she managed multiple school cafeterias, receiving numerous awards for outstanding service and leadership.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Paul and Virginia Souls, Husband Matthew Carroll, Stepson George Carroll, Grandson Michael Carroll and Sisters Grace Quackenbush, Sylvia White, Brothers Paul Souls and Richard Souls.

Sandra was survived by her Son John Carroll, Sisters Shirley Sapp (Walter), Dorothy Myers, Brothers Edward Souls and Kenneth Souls (Barbara Ann), and lifelong friend Gladys Thompson. She had Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, and Great Nephews along with extended family and friends who loved and will miss her dearly.

The Funeral Service will be held on Monday, February 10th, 2025 at 11 am In the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home  405 New Berlin Road Jacksonville FL, 32218. 

The Family will receive Friends from 10-11 am at the Funeral Home. 

The Burial will be In Jones Cemetery
