Shirley Harris Maxwell

Shirley Harris Maxwell passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at Crossett Arkansas with family by her side. She was the widow of Travis Devro Maxwell. They shared 43 years together.

Born in Hamburg, Arkansas on October 25, 1925, she was the daughter of William and Etta Caldwell Harris and baby sister to William, Jr., Virginia Ruth, and Mays. She had a quick wit and enjoyed getting her hair done, going to devotional meetings and spending time with family and beloved neighbors and friends.

She is survived by her sons David Alan (Kathy), Mark Harris (Lisa), and Andrew Wayde; grandchildren, Kasey, Christin (Timothy), Austin (Caitlyn), Ashley and Travis; great grandchildren Brayden Isaiah, Audrey Faye, Jace Devro and Salem Nevaeh. She was predeceased by her parents, siblings, husband and son Hal James. Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 At 11am at Evergreen Cemetery (gate #5) 4535 N. Main Street Jacksonville, FL. 32206
