Susan Branch Chitty

Susan Francis “Branch” Chitty, 74, passed away suddenly on April 08, 2025. Susan was born in Key West, Florida, on March 12, 1951, the daughter of Theodore Eugene Branch and Edith Irene (Bostic) Branch. She was preceded in death by both her mother and father. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Danny W. Chitty, her son Charlie (Chrissy) Taylor, and her brother Bill (Debbie) Branch. She also leaves behind her 3 grandsons Drew, Josh & Ashton Taylor as well as her nephew Matt (Jenna), Branch and Great Nephew Caleb and Great Niece Emma.  She also leaves behind a wide circle of family, friends and her fury feline friends. She graduated from Englewood High School in 1969. She worked at Southern Bell for 20 years and retired in 1989. 

A receiving of family and friends will be held on Friday, May 2nd, 2025, from 12 -2 pm at Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, Florida 32218.
