Teresa Wansley Bostic

Teresa Faye Wansley Bostick, 67, passed away on the 17 of March 2022, surrounded by family.  She was the daughter of Ms. Eddie Faye Payne-Ansley and the late Ronald Ware Wansley.  Born 9 October 1954 in Jacksonville, Florida.  In addition to her Mother she is survived by a sister, Barbara Ansley Deaton (Shawn), Apex, NC; her two children, Michael Carl Slaughter and Shannon Faith Hall; five grandsons, Samuel Michael Slaughter, Triston Stone Slaughter, Richard Edison Hall, Andrew Ray Hall, and Daniel Jackson Hall; one great-grandson, Liam Slaughter; three nephews, Anthoney James Deaton, Miles Curtis Deaton, and Jonathan Cole Deaton; and a niece, Ashley Nicole McClain.

Her many hobbies included crocheting, knitting and many other forms of needlework.  She also enjoyed reading; loved tigers and was an avid Star Trek FAM.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday May 7 at 11am 2022, in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville.
