Thomas Leonard Schill

Thomas Leonard Schill, 68, passed away on Thursday May 30, 2019 in Columbia, SC. Tom was born in Trenton, New Jersey, to the late Leonard and Lillian Schill. He was a veteran and served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and obtained the rank of Staff Sargent. He later married Patricia. He was a great father to his two children, Daniel Schill and Cynthia Dufresne. Tom loved his savior, Jesus Christ. Tom lived in St. Augustine, FL, Jacksonville, FL. And Brunswick, GA. He enjoyed camping, fishing, baseball, spending time with his children, and serving his church. Tom is survived by his children, Dan and Cindy; his grandchildren Caitlin, Marissa, Robert, Cody, and Lydia; his aunt Doris and his uncle Bob. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday June 5, 2019 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Cedar Bay Funeral Home, 405 New Berlin Road, Jacksonville, with Robert Morro officiating. The family will receive friends starting at 10:00 am at the funeral home. Interment with full military honors will follow in Jacksonville National Cemetery at 1:00 pm.
