Timothy Earl Ricks

Timothy Earl Ricks, age 55, of Jacksonville, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2019. Timothy was the son of the late James and Lois [Walker] Ricks and has lived here all of his life. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR Racing and was an avid Florida Gator Fan. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Fred Ricks, brother in law, Rodney Higginbotham; daughter, Jodie Lore and his best  canine friend Skippy.

Survivors include his wife, Willette Ricks; son, Bradley J. Ricks (Courtnie); daughter, Amanda Nicole Ricks-Smith; sister, Sylvia Higginbotham; sister in law, Char Ricks; grandchildren, Kinsley, Hunter, Easton, and Waylon.

Memorial services for Mr. Ricks will be conducted at 5:00 pm on Monday, June 3, 2019 in the Cedar Bay Memorial Chapel with Pastor Paul Rockliffe, Adrian Roberts, and Nancy Hoewischer officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
