Walter Richard "Rick" Hall, Jr., passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on May 17, 1952, to the late Walter and Eleanor (Lyons) Hall and has lived in Jacksonville all his life. Walter worked on Oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico and was a nature lover who enjoyed the forest, walking in the woods, and animals, especially cats, and never turned one away. He is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Wells. Survivors include his sister Carolyn Carr; cousins, Christy Ann Deloach, Benny Lyons and Oral Lyons, and a host of other relatives and friends. Services have been canceled at the family's request.
