Walter John Longman, III

Walter "John" Longman, III, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the age of 68. He was born on January 15, 1955, to the late Walter and Shirley Longman. He is survived by his wife, Sue; daughter, Shelley Diel, son-in-law Joe Diel; 2 grandchildren, John, and Norma; brother, Albert Longman; sister, Pam Szesny and numerous family members and friends. John was a disabled veteran. He served in the Army for 10 years as a Calvary Scout and achieved the rank of SSGT. He believed in fighting for his freedom and remained outspoken about his ideals. He was an active gun collector. John loved to play jokes on his friends and family. He also loved dogs and kids. He was very generous and would give the shirt off his back to a person in need. He is deeply loved and will be greatly missed.
